We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruitment Lead for our Tech organization. You will lead the team in hiring the best talents to grow together with our company and lead the initiatives to build a strong employer brand. If you have a passion for recruiting for a technology industry, have experience in leading teams, and are interested in building exciting things with us, this might be a fit opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Expected to provide leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the technical recruiters and support staff who provide recruiting support to hiring managers across related functions.
  • Coordinate with the HRBP and hiring managers to understand the business context and identify hiring needs from the non-tech departments
  • Propose improvements on the existing recruitment process to stay updated with the best recruitment practices
  • Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Oversee and develop strategies to improve our employer branding initiatives
  • Actively build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals and other partners
  • Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)

Requirements

  • Proven as tech talent acquisition for minimum 4 years in an in-house high-tech company OR executive search firm focusing particularly in the tech market is highly preferred
  • High analytical thinking, planning, organizing, and creativity.
  • Strong technical recruiting experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting & sourcing
  • Understanding of recruiting methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of recruiting platforms and job boards
  • Willingness to coach and develop team members
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator
  • A leader and strategic thinker
