1. PROJECT FINANCE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

• Execute the Manage Carrier Business Finance process, assist the PM in releasing the DR1/DR2 budgets for delivery projects, and take responsibility for routine forecasting and operational reviews as well as project final accounting at DR4 upon project closure.
• Manage project accounting data, understand project reporting data, and provide project financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage project revenue, cost and expense, inventory, and AR. Monitor the health status of each item through forecasting.
• Manage project risks and assumptions, and track project budget and rolling forecast execution to effectively manage project operation risks.
• Promote and implement corporate financial policies and processes and provide relevant training to ensure that project teams comply with laws and regulations during project operations,
• Standardize project teams’ operations so that they are compliant with laws and regulations. Effectively manage external compliance risks relating to taxation, funds, audits, and fines.
• Act as the financial partner of project teams and cooperate with the project manager to resolve project financial issues.
• Act as the financial partner of proiect teams and helo solve problems relatina to cash advance management. reimbursement. supplier payment. and monev advanced to support the operations of proiect teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above of Financing, Banking, Accounting, Economic or related major
• Fresh Graduate or Within 3 years of work experience in finance (accounting, managerial accounting, operation management, etc.)

• Identify associated risks during pre-sales stage, provide solution to mitigate or eliminate risk

Responsibilities:

• Developing Cloud technology based business on Company
• Achieve the given sales target
• Create a business plan for a feasible and feasible Cloud technology business.

• Selling Cloud technology on Company either directly or indirectly
• Business Development, open new market/segment and promote the solutions, grow the market and country revenue.

5. HR GENERALIST

Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
• Arrange and conduct employee on-boarding process as well as the training & development.
• Proficient knowledge in HR Administration task, recruitment plan and recruitment process ( compensation and benefit plans).
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Collect and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.

• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

• Responsible for real estate transaction project of the company in Indonesia

• Professional ability to manage real estate brokers;
• Have negotiation experience and skills in complex environments, and be able to lead the development and implementation of transaction strategies for key projects;

Requirements:

8. SPAREPART SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

• To monitor end to end transaction (starting from request until return back from repair center)
• To participate in the management the spare delivery logistics performance and analyze the fail reason
• To follow and push to solve spare parts shortage issue, communicate with project team to improve the Install base accuracy
• Analyze the safety stock level and optimize it according to delivery fail and other issues
• To monitor faulty parts maintenance process

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT)
• Minimal 2 years’ experience (spare part, planning, logistics management is preferred) or Fresh Graduates are welcome.

9. SOFTWARE & IT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Works as technical service and integration engineer, responsible for new Software project delivery, including:
  – Supervision for hardware installation
  – Setup infrastructure (VM setup, Network setup and integration, OS installation and commissioning)
  – Setup Database (Database installation and commissioning)
  – Software deployment, commissioning and integration.
• Responsible for kind of acceptance test (Internal test, Integration test, Acceptance test) for project delivery.
• Responsible to troubleshoot, follow-up the task and issue found during project delivery.
• Responsible to communicate project delivery status and report to Team leader and PM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT).
• Minimal 5 years experience in IT/Software development

• Understand basic knowledge about Carrier business software, Datacenter Network administration, storage administration and Virtualization technology.

10. DATA CENTER FACILITIES (SENIOR DELIVERY ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Work for Data Center project, as a technical leader to support project manager, control the project cost, managing implementation schedule and subcon delivery quality.

• Understand the SOW of contract and customer requirement, output or be involved to output Data Center project delivery plan and technical solution, control and managing project implementation. Be responsible for Data Center project from pre-sales solution design, implementation and acceptance.

(1) AC and DC Power and power distribution system including diesel generator;
(2) Prefabricated containerized data center
(3) VRLA Battery & Lithium Battery deployment system
(4) Cooling system;
(5) Fire suppression and detection system;
(6) Monitoring and Security system;
(7) Service cost analysis, such as manpower and subcontractor;

• In charge of management and communication of related customer and subcontractor, lead internal team and subcontractor to work out the design and implementation follow project SOW,
• Enhance customer satisfaction on project delivery and promote the market consolidation and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in power/electrical/ mechanical engineering with more than 5 years of data center project delivery, know project procedures and quality management method, etc.
• Successfully completed data center projects more than 3 (≥1000 m).
• With knowledge and project experience of data center facilities such as: Electrical feeders, switchgear and power distribution, Transformers, Diesel Generators, with ATS/STS, UPS / Rectifier, Chillers, Cooling tower and pumps, CRAC units, Physical security, Fire suppression & detection, Data cabling, Basic
  knowledge about civil work implementation, CAD drawing
• Familiar with industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEEE and NFPA, familiar with South East Asian industry practice in data center physical infrastructure. Having related cetification such as ATD, CDCP, HCIA/HIP or equivalent will be much better.
• Be good at communication in external and internal, and good at finding and solving problems. Able to working under pressure.
• Willing to travel based on project implementation location.
