Responsibilities:
- Execute the Manage Carrier Business Finance process, assist the PM in releasing the DR1/DR2 budgets for delivery projects, and take responsibility for routine forecasting and operational reviews as well as project final accounting at DR4 upon project closure.
- Manage project accounting data, understand project reporting data, and provide project financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage project revenue, cost and expense, inventory, and AR. Monitor the health status of each item through forecasting.
- Manage project risks and assumptions, and track project budget and rolling forecast execution to effectively manage project operation risks.
- Promote and implement corporate financial policies and processes and provide relevant training to ensure that project teams comply with laws and regulations during project operations,

Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.

- Analyze the safety stock level and optimize it according to delivery fail and other issues

Responsibilities:
- Works as technical service and integration engineer, responsible for new Software project delivery, including:
– Supervision for hardware installation
– Setup infrastructure (VM setup, Network setup and integration, OS installation and commissioning)

– Software deployment, commissioning and integration. - Responsible for kind of acceptance test (Internal test, Integration test, Acceptance test) for project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Work for Data Center project, as a technical leader to support project manager, control the project cost, managing implementation schedule and subcon delivery quality.
2. - Understand the SOW of contract and customer requirement, output or be involved to output Data Center project delivery plan and technical solution, control and managing project implementation. Be responsible for Data Center project from pre-sales solution design, implementation and acceptance.
(1) AC and DC Power and power distribution system including diesel generator;
(2) Prefabricated containerized data center
(3) VRLA Battery & Lithium Battery deployment system
(4) Cooling system;
(5) Fire suppression and detection system;
(6) Monitoring and Security system;
(7) Service cost analysis, such as manpower and subcontractor;
- In charge of management and communication of related customer and subcontractor, lead internal team and subcontractor to work out the design and implementation follow project SOW,
- Enhance customer satisfaction on project delivery and promote the market consolidation and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in power/electrical/ mechanical engineering with more than 5 years of data center project delivery, know project procedures and quality management method, etc.
- Successfully completed data center projects more than 3 (≥1000 m).
- With knowledge and project experience of data center facilities such as: Electrical feeders, switchgear and power distribution, Transformers, Diesel Generators, with ATS/STS, UPS / Rectifier, Chillers, Cooling tower and pumps, CRAC units, Physical security, Fire suppression & detection, Data cabling, Basic
knowledge about civil work implementation, CAD drawing - Familiar with industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEEE and NFPA, familiar with South East Asian industry practice in data center physical infrastructure. Having related cetification such as ATD, CDCP, HCIA/HIP or equivalent will be much better.
- Be good at communication in external and internal, and good at finding and solving problems. Able to working under pressure.
