1. PRESALES & BUSINESS ANALYST ITSM

Job Description:

  • Work with Sales on pre-sales activities
  • Excellent written communication skills. Polished verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with overall IT concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and translate requirements between technical and business teams Proficient in analyzing complex workflow processes and procedures
  • Willingness to observe and analyze patterns, trends, and correlations in Higher Education, technology, and business practices, and (re)train as necessary to remain current in modern IT service management and business analysis best practices, frameworks, standards, and methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Business Analysis or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis in a software professional services organization
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and its implementation
  • Strong experience with business process definition and design
  • ITIL V4 Certification preferred
  • Experience as a business analyst or systems analyst supporting the implementation and on-going administrative support for ServiceNow ITSM
  • Knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology and software
  • Familiar with complementary IT service management frameworks, such as project management, business analysis, LeanT, COBIT, DevOps, and Cloud Computing
  • Significant business analysis or systems analysis experience working in both the business and IT environment
  • Significant professional experience as a business analyst for an enterprise ITIL/ITS platform
  • Experience defining business problems, creating business strategies, or identifying business opportunities
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and development methodology
  • Knowledge of and experience with ITIL/ITSM principles and concepts

3. PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • As project manager, responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field Minimum 5 years as a Project Management
  • Preferably have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Willing to work on contractual based employment

 

4. SALES SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • Identify smaller opportunities in assigned accounts and close smaller transactions in named accounts in alignment with Sales Team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all level decision makers and Influencers In customer organization and transactions
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities based on Specialization
  • Demonstrate product depth to customer and show how it explicitly addresses pain points and business drivers for smaller project/opportunities
  • Directly or indirectly orchestrate internal and external (channel partners) resources to service accounts
  • Negotiate pricing/terms for the transactional business in the named account
  • Ensure post-sales deployment support as needed and drive post-sales deployment activities
  • Work with the account team for Identify expansion opportunities
  • Create offers to the customer
  • Generates leads and develops opportunities and may close smaller transactions in named accounts
  • Maintains the customer relationship
  • Leverages internal resources to move smaller opportunity towards closing and assist with negotiation
  • Monitors the sales progress throughout the process
  • Understanding of products and ability to link them to solve customer’s business problem
  • Minimum education bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum has 1-3 years of working experience in related field
  • Good team player
  • Use value-added selling skills to propose additional products, services, solutions which will passion for technology sales
  • Track record in meeting and exceeding growth consistently
  • Customer, influencing and phone-based communication skills
  • Ability to navigate account to build new relationships and identify new account entry points
  • Strong relationship with appropriate decision makers and influencers in organization
