Untuk menjawab tantangan dalam membantu pemerintah mempercepat tranformasi digital, saat ini Lintasarta (PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta) sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan bagi para individu yang tertarik berkarya dibidang layanan IT Services, dengan posisi sebagai berikut :

1. Network Operations Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible to new installation activity survey, responsible to network activation, and network unplugging to the customer.
• Responsible to conduct end to end delivery review continue with further coordination.
• Reviewing SOP in regular time.
• Conducting network escalation in site.
• Evaluate and monitoring SDT, in new set up, mutation, related with working scope.
• Conducting report update routinely; weekly and monthly achievement.
• Create work instruction and Low level network design
• Technical lead of the PoC process, technical meeting, and technical documentation
• Verify capacity, coverage & device capability
• Troubleshoot when a problem occurs in the delivery process
• Obligated to obey the policy and procedure and system management that is established.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Telecomunnication / Computer Engineering / Electronical / Informatics.
• Minimum experience 2 years for similar position.
• Excellent in communication skill, teamwork ability, and customer focus orientation.
• Required Language: English.
• Having deep understanding about Data Communication Network, IP NETWORK, Software Defined-WAN, Software Defined Network, Network Function Virtualization and OSI Layer.
• Having official and valid CCNA certification is preferred.

2. System Application Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Monitoring and maintaining mail services 24/7
• Troubleshoot customers problem
• Maintenance activities such as upgrading versions/ coordinate with the principal for system patching
• Assist in the development or improvement of the system according to the needs of the Lintasarta product development team
• Assist in the preparation of documentation and working instruction needed to support operations.
• Deal with escalation report for handling system disruption

JOB QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum education: Bachelor Degree majoring Information Technology / Telecommunication Engineering is preferred.
• At least 3 years of work experience in related area
• Required Language : English
• Excellence in teamwork, communication, customer focus and concerns for quality
• Experience in windows and linux operating system
• Have a good understanding about Active Directory dan Exchange Mail Server, Zimbra Mail Server, database SQL Server, DC – DRC concept
• Experience using monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Prometheus, Grafana, etc
