1. Mobile Engineer (Android)

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, IT, or any related major.
  • 2+ years of Android software development experience (please note Google play apps for examples).
  • Experience in using Android Java or Kotlin.
  • Familiar with Android SDK, Flutter.
  • Experience with MVVM, Reactive Patterns using RxJava/RxAndroid, and the multi-module architecture.
  • Passionate in coding up highly innovative, consumer-facing mobile applications for the Android platform.
  • Experience with both OOP and functional programming principles.
  • Strong understanding of Java, React Native, and Javascript.
  • Strong understanding of REST and/or SOAP Web Services.
  • Experience in Firebase Integration.
  • Experience developing “hybrid” apps.
  • Experience working with a version control system such as Subversion or Git.
  • Experience working with Continuous Integration Systems such as Jenkins.

2. Data Science

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (i.e. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Machine learning).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Data Science/Analytics field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficiency with a Deep Learning Framework such as TensorFlow or Keras.
  • Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning such as sci-kit-learn and pandas.
  • Proficiency with data visualization libraries such as seaborn, matplotlib, etc.
  • Proficiency with SQL and database structure.
  • Proficiency with Probability and Statistic.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress.
  • Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem.
  • Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it.
  • Identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world.
  • Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning.
  • Supervising the data acquisition process if more data is needed.
  • Defining the preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset.
  • Defining validation strategies.

3. Site Reliability Engineer

Job Descriptions:

  • Restore a failed IT service of a related Product as quickly as possible, and ensure appropriate workarounds are put in place if incidents are not resolvable within the agreed SLA.
  • Analyze existing IT services of related products and plan how to improve them in the future.
  • Prevent incidents from happening, and minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented, maintaining known errors and workarounds.
  • Liaise with merchants and other IT personnel for applications (related to the product) troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Manage lifecycle and release management processes for applications.
  • Responsible for the continuous delivery process to build, deploy and promote applications.
  • Ensure apps have automated functional tests that are used by the continuous delivery process to determine the successful deployment and operation of applications.
  • Acts as 2nd level support of applications, triaging issues, and disseminating them to other IT personnel as required.

4. Business Development Officer

Job Responsibility:

  • Present, promote, sell, and negotiate products/services with accurate information (e.g. product feature, pricing, and fee).
  • Responsibility to acquire and onboard new merchants.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential and identify new potential business with new merchants.
  • Increase merchant’s transactions & sales volume, e.g. by analyzing merchant’s needs, doing upselling, and suggesting upgrades or additional features that meet their requirement.
  • Maintain relationships with existing merchants.
  • Assist the integration process for partners’ onboarding so that the production process is in line with the timeline for immediate LIVE production.
  • Assist merchants in any issues/requests; Understand the problems and challenges of merchants and identify ways the business could be better address those heads.
  • Update merchant database in CRM.
  • Handle administrative works related to merchant’s data (e.g. craft new sales proposals and contract renewals).
  • Prepare periodic reports for sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to find solutions related to merchants and create merchant satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or Accounting.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (oral & written).

  • Familiar with B2B Sales and Market Analysis.
  • Have min. 2 years working experience in digital marketing, an e-commerce company, investment company (including a crypto company), or financial technology.
  • Perfect understanding of the latest digital trends and ability to understand customer behaviour and expectations.

5. Software QA Engineer

Job Descriptions:

  • Developing and maintaining server-side applications that directly interact with databases using Application Programming Interface (API).
  • Testing and debugging your code and meeting quality checks before deployment.
  • Database creation, integration, and management.
  • Do non-functional tests (load testing, stress testing, etc).
  • Making automation test scripts (design, develop, execute).
  • Develop quality software and web applications.
  • Analyze and maintain existing software applications.
  • Design highly scalable, testable code.

Job Requirements:

10. Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Descriptions:

  • Help define and develop product design roadmap, goals, and vision for UX Team.
  • Share knowledge and best practices in UI UX end-to-end Design Processes and Implementations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the Product and Engineering lead to represent the Design Team, lead design initiatives, and provide feedback on product planning.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the proper designs are implemented in production.
  • Help improve and develop an appropriate workflow for the Design Team.
